My name is Margaret Dora Mills.  I was born in Kerrville, Texas on June 23, 1959.  I graduated from Concordia Teachers College, Seward, Nebraska, with a B.A. in Elementary Education and taught first grade at Lutheran North Association for two years in Houston, Texas.

 

After that, I raised my two daughters, Sarah, who is a senior at Trinity University, in San Antonio, majoring in business; and Judith, who is a sophomore at Kansas State University, majoring in Pre-Vet.

 

I taught 3-year-olds at New Song Lutheran Preschool for a number of years.  In 2001, I renewed my teaching certificate and taught at Bethany Lutheran School in Wichita, for four years.  In 2005, I began teaching at Faith Lutheran School in Derby.  I have lived in Wichita and have been a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church for 19 years.
